Terms & Conditions of Return Policy
Note: Equipment like transformers, power supplies and backup batteries are not returnable or refundable.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made from CCTV ONLINE ALARMS under certain conditions.
If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased or have changed your mind, you must notify CCTV ONLINE ALARMS within 7 days of the purchase.
You are eligible for a full refund if the items are faulty/broken/accessories missing or if we accidentally delivered a wrong product to you.
A 15% Handling/Transaction Fee will be deducted from refunds where orders were cancelled due to Change of Heart (Not Wanting the Products Anymore). You are liable for return costs and the refund will not include the initial shipping fee.
For a refund or exchange to be processed, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product.
Replacements, refunds, or credits will only be effected once the goods in question have been returned to CCTV ONLINE ALARMS and inspected.
We will not refund if there is any evidence that the product has been used.
We encourage you to return your parcel via a traceable courier services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by CCTV ONLINE ALARMS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the item is returned due to you simply not wanting the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 calendar days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the Manufacturer.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

WARRANTY
All goods are provided with the manufacturer’s warranty only. In the event that the Customer believes that the goods may be defective and qualify for a claim against the manufacturer’s warranty, such goods may be returned to the Company, all costs of such return to the Company to be charge to the Customer. If, at the sole discretion of the Company, the goods do indeed qualify for a claim against the manufacturer’s warranty, the Company undertakes to forward the goods to the manufacturer for repair, solely in terms of that warranty, and to return the goods back to the Customer once repaired. All associated costs of transport to and from the Manufacturer to be charge to the Company, provided such claim proves to be valid. In the event that the manufacturer rejects such claim, all associated costs of repair, transport, insurance, customs duty and any other costs will be charge To the Customer.
